Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Bars

Cherry Filling: 1 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries, 1/2 cup medjool dates (blend)

Cheesecake 3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked 5+ hours) 1/4 cup cocoa butter, 3 tbls. maple syrup, 1/2 tsp. vanilla (blend)

Chocolate Filling: 1 medium ripe banana, 1/2 cup medjool dates, 1/2 tsp. vanilla (blend)

Pie Crust: 1 cup raw almonds. 1/2 cup medjool dates, 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, 1/4 tsp. salt (food processer until crumbly)

Layer any order in 8x8 pan. Freeze for about 6 hours. Thaw (maybe) 5-15 minutes before serving.
