Explain why your family is making the change and the benefits

Look and pick out new recipes/foods together

Have whoever is available help in the cooking, shopping, or

food prep

Some things will not turn out, it's okay. This creates family memories like, "Remember the time . . . ?"

Take it slow, like just smoothies for breakfast or one green salad each day!
